Dr. Marinna Scarlett is a Consultant Anaesthetist at the University Hospital of the West Indies. Dr. Scarlett also Lectures in the Department of Surgery, Radiology, Anaesthesia and Intensive Care

She has done Postgraduate Training at The University of Ottawa in Anesthesiology. Dr. Scarlett has published many articles in peer reviewed medical journals including her work with colleagues on Pulmonary hypertension: a review of the pathobiological & pathophysiological effects and the Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Handbook.

Natasha E. Russell Douglas

is the Chief Executive Officer of the CARDIOVMEDS Group. She is a serial entrepreneur with business acumen in a variety of industries ranging from retail, medical and education.

Omar Esson

Mr. Omar Esson is a certified educator currently teaching in the state of Texas, United States. He has almost 10 years of Elementary teaching experience to his credit and he specializes in classroom behavior management.

He is a graduate of University of Technology, Jamaica. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Production and Operations Management and a minor in Marketing. He has worked in operations and human resource management. He also did a stint in the medical field as a cardiovascular technologist and medical assistant with internship at the McLane's Children's Hospital in Temple TX, USA. He is currently an international marketing and sales advisor with the travel industry.

Mr. Esson's practical experience in the medical field and in the international arena of sales, marketing and branding brings fresh insight to the company.
