1. Creating an environment of students centred learning regionally where each child’s exceptionality is celebrated.

2. To create a safe, dynamic, flexible and stable creative learning environment where students, in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean Region, can learn in a fun way at their individual learning level and learning styles.

3. Using the available technology and superior teaching methodology of the day to reach all gifted and twice exceptional students.
